Auch der als Pata Negra bekannte Jam\u00f3n Ib\u00e9rico de Bellota rangiert international in der Spitzenklasse.<\/p>\n<p>Die <a href=\"https:\/\/doncarne.de\/c\/schwein\/spanisches-iberico-schwein\/\">Ib\u00e9rico-Schweine<\/a> kommen nicht nur den Papieren nach aus Spanien, sondern sind hier wirklich gro\u00df und fett geworden. Manche Familienbetriebe halten ihre eigenen Schweine auf einem Luxus von mehr als 3 ha Weideauslauf pro Tier.<\/p>\n<p>Es sind riesige mit Stein- und Korkeichen bestandene \u201eDehesas\u201c auf denen sich die Tiere langsam fett fressen. Weil kaum zugef\u00fcttert wird, m\u00fcssen sie sich ihre Nahrung selbst suchen und laufen st\u00e4ndig umher, um die leckeren Eicheln der Stein- und Korkeichen sowie Kr\u00e4uter zu finden, denn die Eicheln sorgen f\u00fcr den nussartigen Geschmack \u2013 auch im Fleisch.
