Packung, tupfen es mit K\u00fcchenkrepp trocken und lassen es langsam auf Zimmertemperatur kommen.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn das Chuleton eine Weile geruht hat, wird die seitliche Fettschicht mit einem Messer vorsichtig ca. 1 bis 2 mm eingeschnitten. Anschlie\u00dfend wird es in einer sehr hei\u00dfen Pfanne mit etwas \u00d6l, zuerst auf der seitlichen Fettschicht und anschlie\u00dfend auf den Knochenkanten scharf angebraten.<\/p>\n<p>Danach wird das Steak noch von beiden Seiten (ca. 90 Sek.\/ Seite) angebraten und bei 120 \u00b0C in den vorgeheizten Backofen gelegt. Je nach gew\u00fcnschtem Gargrad und Dicke des Fleisches, kann es zwischen 20 und 30 Minuten dauern bis das Fleisch den Garpunkt erreicht hat.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<div id='av-masonry-1'
