Daher verzichten wir auch auf eine S\u00e4ttigungsbeilage. Dadurch verhindern Sie, dass es von innen noch roh und von au\u00dfen \u00fcbergart ist.<\/p>\n<p>Anschlie\u00dfend k\u00f6nnen Sie sich um die Paprika k\u00fcmmern. Diese werden halbiert und dann werden Stiel und Kerne entfernt. \u00b0C vor und erhitzen Sie eine Pfanne mit etwas hocherhitzbarem \u00d6l. Sobald die Pfanne leicht qualmt, ist sie hei\u00df genug und Sie k\u00f6nnen das Fleisch von allen Seiten scharf anbraten. Hierbei reichen ca. 60 Sekunden pro Seite und vergessen Sie nicht die R\u00e4nder. Durch das scharfe anbraten entwickelt sich eine sch\u00f6ne Kruste und die gew\u00fcnschten R\u00f6staromen kommen ans Fleisch.<\/p>\n<p><strong>HINWEIS ZUM GRILL: Bei der Zubereitung auf dem Grill gilt das gleiche Prinzip. Grillen Sie das Fleisch zuerst von allen Seiten \u00fcber der direkten Hitze an, bis es eine Kruste und R\u00f6staromen bekommen hat.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nachdem Sie das Fleisch angebraten haben, nehmen Sie das Kalb Tomahawk und legen es in den vorgeheizten Backofen. Nutzen Sie jetzt ein Braten- bzw. Einstechthermometer, um den Garpunkt des Fleisches im Auge zu behalten! Wir empfehlen eine Kerntemperatur von 56 \u00b0C bis 60 \u00b0C. Dann ist das Steak sch\u00f6n saftig, aber noch medium im Kern.<\/p>\n<p><strong>HINWEIS ZUM GRILL: Sobald Sie das Fleisch von allen Seiten scharf angegrillt haben, legen Sie es in die indirekte Zone und lassen es mithilfe eines Einstechthermometers auf die gew\u00fcnschte Kerntemperatur ziehen.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<div id='av-masonry-1' class='av-masonry
